Construction Process

In just these 5 steps, you can have your dream home up and running.

 

Step 1: Choosing Land

Choosing your land might be hard if you don’t already have it but in most cases we tend to assist in finding the most appropriate land at the most affordable prices.

 

Step 2: Plan & Design your home

We offer to show designs best suited to your land size even if it is an investment or your own personal house. Our in house architect will usually design and sketch a plan of what is best suitable or simply one of your choices upon approval. Upon approval some modifications to plans will be needed to ensure you are satisfied with the final sketch. This sketch will be finalised and a final value will be put forward for the completion of your home.

 

Step 3. Contract Approval

Ensure you are happy with the type of Contract, Final Plans and Building Terms associated and listed in the contract. This will help if you require a Construction Loan for the upcoming project for your financial body to approve. Once all is approved the plans and all associated documents will then be lodged to your local council or PCA.

 

Step 4: Construction

Finally now it’s time to start building ensuring all certification of your project is scheduled in accordance with all the rules and regulations.

 

Step 5: Hand Over

Once construction is complete, we will hand over your new set of keys, and your new home.
